As mentioned plenty of times before, we were cautious and paused all of our travel plans for a full 11months. We supported local businesses and explored local destinations that did not require public transportation. Now, we are super excited to start traveling again and wanted to share our experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the airport cleaner. They are doing a tremendous job cleaning, spacing out seating availability, and limiting transactions. Even with an early morning flight, we still observed cleaning crews staying on top of unoccupied spaces.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone is well aware of the pandemic and seems to keep to themselves, giving plenty of space and Masks are mandatory at all times. United loaded guests back of the plane to the front and called each row front to back for disembarking to avoid guests traveling past each other.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ride Shares<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We love to use Lyft and Uber when we travel as they are a super convenient way to avoid unnecessary car rentals, parking fees, and we’ve always had positive experiences. This trip has been no different. The drivers we have come across multiple times per day have taken great care in cleansing their vehicles in between rides. All have displayed COVID guidelines and recommendations which include wearing a mask, no eating\/drinking, rolling down windows when possible, etc. Some have had plexiglass and others have had cleansing diffusers but all have shown to take extra measures to ensure cleanliness and safety. They need our business just as we need their services!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So do I recommend traveling at this time? Yes, Absolutely! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
